Choose the design used in this browser. It does not change ClinicSignal for other people or on your other devices.
The email you sign in with. Change it here, then future sign-in links go to the new address.
This is your login, separate from the clinic contact email below. To run more than one clinic, give each its own sign-in email.
Give business partners and colleagues their own login. Everyone you add gets the weekly report.
Contact details and timezone. Timezone sets when your weekly email arrives.
Your clinic type, location and typical pricing. These drive your patient value and marketing-return estimates.
Price x sessions is your estimated patient value until real billing data takes over.
Two controls per type. Exclude from stats: for one-off types like events or pitchside work that should not count toward any clinic statistic (new patients, rebooking, occupancy) — revenue is not affected. Doesn't count as a new client: for radiology, scans or referral-in appointments that should never mark a patient as a new client (so they don't inflate your new-client count or drag PVA and conversion) but should still count in occupancy, utilisation and revenue.

Set per-person targets for Rev/hr, Rebooking, DNA and Diary fill. Cards below colour-code progress against these.
Hours per week is the real contracted clinical hours for each person. It drives utilisation and diary fill, and overrides the hours we read from your PMS. Leave it blank to use the PMS figure.
Exclude from stats: for rooms, machines or services added as practitioners, new starters, or non-clinical diaries. Excluded practitioners do not count toward team metrics or utilisation.
A short email at 8pm each day with your day's numbers: new patients, revenue, patients seen and bookings made today. Off by default.
The recurring update emails we send you: the Monday briefing, the monthly report and, if switched on above, the daily summary.
Everyone is opted in automatically. Unticking stops the update emails for your sign-in only. Sign-in links and account notices still arrive, and other team members keep their own preference.
The conversational Advisor answers questions about your clinic's numbers. On by default for everyone at this clinic.
Unticking hides the Advisor for everyone signed in to this clinic. You can turn it back on here at any time.
Your monthly revenue target and operating costs. The operating cost drives the profitability view on Financials.
Your current all-in estimate for wages and overheads.
Per-practitioner targets (rev/hr, rebooking, DNA, diary fill) are set on the Team page.
Your Cliniko connection.
Your connection is working — you only need this if you've rotated your Cliniko key. We never display the stored key.
